Bacchus International and Xavier Sanchez, international sales manager of AXA Millesimes, treated guests to a special night over the wines of Chateau Pichon Longueville Baron. At their best were both the French chef and sommelier of Sage, producing an exquisite menu to accompany a fine Bordeaux wine. Sanchez thanked guests such as Margarita Fores, Elbert Cuenca, and Luis Chikiamco by uncorking a 1962 vintage from the private cellar of the second growth Pauillac wine.
