The 2014 Latin Charity Ball was a blazing night filled with the colours, joy, and energy of Latin culture. With traditional Latin drinks, mojitos and cuba libre, Latin vibe was very much felt at the Fairmont Hotel as conga music fired up the energy of the distinguished guests. Claudia Hernandez and Ned Olney were the gala’s emcees while the exquisite dinner menu was prepared by Fairmont Senior Chef of Cuisine Christine Zarandin. The night was filled with exciting prizes and an assortment of objects up for auction for the benefit of the Holy Family Home Foundation in Makati and the Eugenia Ravasco Day Care Centre in Parañaque.
