For three years, the annual Child Protection Network Benefit has raised funds and awareness to the cause of abused children in the Philippines. This year's event was no exception to the effort. Hosted by Johnny Velasquez and Atty. Katrina Legarda, the CPN president Irene Martel-Francisco welcomed guests to the Raffles Hotel Ballroom, keeping in mind the plight of the typhoon Yolanda victims but reminding the attendees of the pervasive cause of their organization. The CPM chairman David Bradley addressed the crowd before presenting plaques of appreciation to Renna Angeles, Joanna Preysler, Jun Sy, Cris Albert, and David Batchelor for their unwavering support.
