The awarded Italian chef Omar Ugoletti delighted the guests of EDSA Shangri-La, Manila's general manager, Patrick Schaub, with a sumptuous six course dinner at Paparazzi. The visiting chef's two-week stay at the hotel culminated in a dinner pairing with the best of Banfi's wines, enjoyed by none other than ambassador Massimo Roscigno from the Embassy of Italy, partners of the Wine Warehouse, and members of the European Union Fund. The artists Lionel Santos and Miriam San Miguel completed the Tuscan experience with their operatic serenade.
