Through his F&B hive company, Foodee Global Concepts, of which Eric is Managing Director, he has opened Todd English Food Hall, FOO'D by Davide Oldani, Mesa Filipino Moderne, and Todd English establishments: Pound, Hook and Flatterie. This has made him the first in the business to bring a “celebrity chef and food hall” concept into the country. The Filipino palate has been more than receptive to Foodee’s initiatives, as Pound will be on its 10th branch, while Hook will soon have its 2nd location. His F&B empire expansions don’t end there. Eric just opened the Michelin-starred Ramen Tsuta and Hawker Chan, while stateside, MESA Filipino Moderne opened its frst branch in Los Angeles. In review of his delectable roster of achievements, looking to an even more delicious future, a modest Eric says that he can only hope that Foodee Global Concepts continues to set trends for what’s to come, and contribute to what the food industry is today. “I’m proud of being able to help put Manila on the culinary map where it belongs,” he shares.
