Ricardo "Cary" Lagdameo

Damosa Land’s Vice President has been concentrating his efforts on transforming Mindanao's economy from relying primarily on agriculture, to become more progressive and diversifed. Drawing inspiration from his late grandfather who had pioneered Mindanao’s agricultural industry, Ricardo, known to friends as Cary, explains: “rather than simply following in his footsteps, I'm charting my own path by engaging in various new businesses. Seeing transformation, providing employment, and promoting inclusive growth in Mindanao is my passion.” As such, he has seen the first and largest flexible workspace provider in Mindanao (Regus Business Centre) to fruition. He’s recently signed a contract for the University of the Philippines Professional School for Agriculture and the Environment in Panabo City, Davao del Norte. Cary will be launching the first operational PEZA industrial park in Davao along with two new groundbreaking real estate projects in Mindanao, which focuses on agriculture but will have aseaside resort community too. He has many things to celebrate of late, including Damosa Land’s awarding of Best Property Developer in Davao at the 2017 Philippine Property Awards.

His Legacy: Helping to uplift the lives of people in Mindanao, and the Philippines.
