The hotel invites guests to look back through the 25 years of Shangri-La hospitality in Ortigas, Metro Manila through a gallery of memories from 1992 to the present day displayed at the grand lobby. The gallery showcases nostalgic mementos of Edsa Shangri-La’s journey since its opening, from the hotel’s very first artistic rendering and brass signage, to images of how the hotel looked like in the 90’s, accolades received for excellence, a photo exhibition of its general managers through the years, notable artists who have held residence at the hotel, and Edsa Shangri-La’s current story as Manila’s well-loved urban oasis.
To commemorate 25 years of Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, executive pastry chef Martin Frowd has crafted a limited edition milk chocolate and cashew sansrival chocolate bar, available at The Bakeshop.. The chocolate bar is wrapped in a shimmering silver wrapper and adorned with a delicate artistic detail of the anniversary emblem, XXV.
The hotel also offers urban oasis tropical hand fans by the renowned Casa Mercedes and designer Monchet Olives in two vibrant floral designs, available at the Hotel Shop.
