Ayala Land Premiere sets up shop for its eighth residential development in Nuvali

After having sold 2,900 premium lots in Nuvali since it launched its first residential neighbourhood Abrio in 2007, Ayala Land Premiere has begun selling for its eighth residential development in the mixed-use compound of Nuvali in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Cerilo, as it’s called, is an 85-hectare subdivision comprised of some 600 lots averaging a total area of 680 square metres.

Currently on sale are the 308 lots making up the first phase, which will likely see completion at the third quarter of 2020. The price of the lots ranges from PHP 11.5m to 43.1m. The second phase will follow soon after, in 2021.

The terrain on which Cerilo is situated is naturally-undulating, and boasts of an extensive network of lush, verdant spaces, with 80 per cent of the houses adjoining green areas. On the whole, 139 lots are be adjacent to 10 to 40-metre open spaces called Green Lanes, while 52 other lots are located along Greenways that span 25 to 70 metres in width. These areas will provide ample space for recreation and leisure and also a heightened sense of privacy and exclusivity for future residents.

In terms of amenities, Cerilo will have a vast, six-hectare main park at the heart of the development. Within this sprawling space will rise a two-hectare clubhouse that has a social hall, multi-purpose court, swimming pool, and residents’ lounge. Adjacent to Cerilo will be a two-hectare retail space that will cater to future residents and surrounding villages.
