In an exclusive interview, PG1 General Manager Arnold Picar speaks about aviation, why time is the utmost luxury, and their long-standing relationship with Bell
“Time is the most expensive commodity in the universe,” PG1’s General Manager, Arnold Picar said bluntly. During a sit-down with Tatler, the jovial GM shared with us a few words on the aviation company’s promises and purpose. Simply, he said, “we take [you] from where you are, to where you need to be.”
PG1, shorthand for Pacific Global One Aviation Company, Inc., offers private air charters touted to be one of the most efficient, seamless, and well-respected in the industry. Such a reputation does not come lightly and without intricate checks and balances. “Because we value all of our clients—and, of course, our lives and assets—we make sure that our pilots are well-trained,” Picar added. On top of that, their aircraft engineers are also sent abroad for recurrency maintenance training.
Any company’s mettle is tested and strengthened by its strong people. Still, this comes hand in hand with the right technology that enables proper advancement for its mission and vision. After our sit-down with Picar, we were treated to a flight helmed by pilots Captain Ferdinand Liwag and Captain Noelo Albano, both of whom were exemplars of professionalism and outstanding service.
