They're already causing ripples and we're sure they'll be making waves. Here's our list of Names to Watch.

Stella Abrera. Known for her versatility and refinement, this ballet dancer joined the American Ballet Theatre at the age of 17, and was appointed soloist not many years after, making her the company’s first Filipino to occupy the plum post.

Blue Carreon. In the world of haute lifestyle, his name is on fire. A weekly columnist on men’s fashion (South China Morning Post) and a monthly lifestyle columnist (Harper’s Bazaar Singapore), he recently launched Conversations, a compilation of his, well, “conversations” with the icons of fashion, style, design, and art. The book was named one of the Best Books of 2014 by Amazon. He also established Blue Carreon Home, carrying exquisite items he curated himself.

Jaime Urquijo. Many already know him because of his pedigree and his five-year stint with the Philippine National Rugby Team (the Philippine Volcanoes); but the 26-year-old recently made waves when he decided to come home from New York and work in the strategic planning division of Ayala. A graduate of political science from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, the former Wall Street analyst can be found cultivating his vegetable farm in Calatagan when he is not busy with the family business.

Carlos Celdran. This historian and performer’s activism has made him no stranger to the news, but this time, it is his one-man show, Livin’ La Vida Imelda, that puts him on our list. The show, which began as a walking tour of Manila’s Cultural Centre of the Philippines Complex twelve years ago, found its way to the stage in 2009, and since then has been staged in venues in Manila, Dubai, Toronto, and most recently, off-Broadway in New York.

Katrina Razon. Already visible as her father’s alter ego in his new empire, Solaire Resort and Casino, this heiress, is scoring her own successes, especially in the field of music. She is an international disc jockey who has shared her talent and influence in the local music scene by co-founding the Manila Music Festival. Her dream? “To see the Philippines as the music destination of Southeast Asia.”
