We present to you the country's social circle's promising young crowd we dubbed as "Tatlings" who are now ready to take the world by storm.
Javier Puno
“I’m taking it one step at a time, learning as much as possible as I go along”
Javier Puno wants a better world—and he wishes to start it himself. This New York University graduate aspires to create a path that leads to true change for his fellow Filipinos. The son of lawyer Eric Puno is currently a management trainee at the Metropolitan Bank and Trust Corporation, and is set on experiencing as many things as possible, specifically on attaining skills in the business industry. This young lad—who speaks fluent English, Filipino, and Italian—is slowly blazing his own trail by sharing his knowledge and gaining as much back in hopes of having a better society.
During his free time, Puno keeps active by going to the gym and playing different kinds of sports such as basketball and boxing. On his future plans, Puno says, “I plan to accomplish a post-graduate degree and someday work in an industry that captures my true passion.”

Emanuelle Vera
“I’d like to see more young people rise up, hone the talents they’ve been given, believe in themselves”
Multi-talented Emmanuelle Vera (born Emmanuelle Camcam Ver) aims high. Ever the brave soul, she made the courageous decision to leave college early, choosing to focus on her passion as a singer and an actress. With the voice of an angel, this young lady showed her singing prowess on national television when she auditioned for The Voice of the Philippines, and has even released her own album.
Beyond her craft, this self-confessed foodie enjoys cooking and baking. Her other hobbies include reading books and listening to music, and learning as much as she can to hone her skills. Vera can be quite adventurous—she loves travelling to exotic places and enjoys impromptu road trips with her friends, even in the middle of the night.

Antonia Dominguez
“I want to be a person who not only believes in herself but also in others”
Future psychologist Antonia Dominguez hopes to change the world one day. Born in Colombia, she grew up moving from one country to another. “Living around the world has made me develop a mindset to embrace every culture that I encounter,” says Dominguez.
This bright young lady has taken a particular interest in psychology, and wants to learn more about different people’s personalities and their way of thinking. “Since I was young, I have always had a passion for learning how people’s minds work,” she shares.
The pursuit of this is still a long way down the road, as she wants to live her youth to the fullest. Dominguez is currently busy with after-school activities; she is part of an organisation that fights poverty, and is very active in sports.

Hannah Pangilinan
“I tend to look at tomorrow instead of next month or next year, I’ve learnt to just live in the ‘now”
Hannah Kathleen Laxa Pangilinan (just Hannah to her family and friends) lives in the moment, rather than thinking far ahead. Some might say she could be following in the footsteps of her actress mother, Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan, due to her bagging the lead role in her school play, Legally Blonde. This young lady would be honoured to do just that. She says, “I dream of being a writer and entertainer like my mother, while being highly-motivated like my father.”
Aside from being active in theatre and sports, she also has a knack f or singing and playing the ukulele. She hopes that when she grows older, she will be able to balance her career and interests, just like her parents who are her biggest role models.

Margarita Milne
“I hope that whatever path I take, I will be able to live my life in a way that helps other people”
Margarita Milne has a golden heart. At the young age of 15, this student from Cebu International School personally raises money to help underprivileged children with cancer through the Cancer Warrior Foundation. “This is important to me because cancer has touched my family and I know how horrible it feels,” says Milne. “I want to do whatever I can to make these children have their moment of happiness while on treatment.”
Aside from volunteer activities, Milne is also an active equestrienne and a member of her school’s varsity volleyball team. As for future plans, she has taken interest in veterinary medicine, all thanks to her love for her four dogs.

KC Del Rosario
“I want to live a life that’s fuelled by creativity”
The attractive KC Del Rosario has always felt a strong attachment to creative pursuits, particularly fashion design—so much so that she began taking fall courses in London for the past few years to learn more about it. Idolising her parents, Del Rosario believes that she will follow in their footsteps and someday become a great leader in her chosen field.
This 22-year-old wants to be recognised as an economist and at the same time, a full-fledged artist. For now, she enjoys sketching and painting, and spends most of her free time doing fitness activities like Pilates and boxing, as well as ballet.
Looking to the future, she says, “I want to finish at least 10 fashion collections, film an art house movie, and run my own [art] gallery.”

Jovy Acuzar
“Whether it be with food or fashion, the opportunities are endless”
If there are two things Jovy Acuzar is passionate about, it’s cooking and fashion. Having lived in a boarding school in the UK since she was 17, this young lady discovered the secret of curing homesickness—cooking family-style dinner with Filipino friends. Acuzar loved cooking so much that she took courses at Le Cordon Bleu, and at the same time, fashion courses at Central Saint Martin’s.
When she moved back to the Philippines, Acuzar pursued the fashion route, working as LCP’s head buyer for home ware and accessories, on which she proudly said, “I’ve seen the company grow in tremendous ways and I am very proud to be a part of it.” Despite her current path in fashion, she has not forgotten her love for cooking. “I plan to attend culinary school someday,” she said. “I hope to find a way to provide every Filipino with affordable, healthier, and cleaner alternatives to fast food.”

Christina Potenciano
“Even if you’re successful [and] famous… if you’re not helping, there’s no fulfilment in what you’re doing”
Though only 22, Christina Potenciano has her future all mapped out: becoming a finance whiz, taking charge of the family business, getting married, and having five children. She manages to perfectly balance her various interests with some R&R. Some days you would see her going out with friends, hitting the gym, travelling, or doing charity work; other times, you would find her at home, enjoying a good book, reading the newspaper, or spending time with her family. In this way, she is very much like her father who is very much a family man despite his busy schedule in real estate. She just started a career in investment banking which she believes will enable her to contribute to the betterment of the community and ultimately, the country.

Sam Sadhwani
“I’d like to think my style is very classic”
Sam Sadhwani has always known her passion lies in fashion. Her love for the industry started when she was young; she watched her mum, former model Apples Aberin, grace runways. “A lot of it has to do with growing up in the fashion world, with my mum being one of the faces of the industry,” says Sadhwani. “I, however, prefer to go behind-the-scenes.” After earning her master’s degree in fashion brand management in Paris, Sadhwani accepted a job at fashion retailer LCP as its head buyer for premium wear where she gets to experience different sides of the industry.
When asked about her future plans, this young lady says her path will not waver. “I want to be my own boss someday, but I’ll still definitely be in the fashion industry,” she declares. “It depends on where LCP takes me in life.”
