Origins’ newly-opened retail store at SM Makati brings to life the brand’s plant-to-formula process through its open-sell and barrier-free concept. Shopping at the Origins store is a three-part experience, evoking a feeling of wellbeing and discovery, encouraging a self-guided sensorial experience.

Explorer’s Studio

As the starting point of the Origins experience, the Explorer’s Studio showcases the stories about the discovery, heritage, and provenance of Origins rare ingredients. In it, shoppers can get a glimpse of the relics that have played a huge part in the creation of the brand’s beloved products.

Botanist’s Laboratory

The laboratory is the next stop in the experience, where the plant ingredients are tested and cultivated. A floor-to-ceiling greenhouse wall serves as the centrepiece of the store.  

Service Innovation

The store is designed to enhance ease of navigation through an immersive, personalised, and high-touch overall shopping experience. Among the many features that enable shoppers to take full advantage of the interactive experience is the exploratory product sample wall that gives customers the opportunity to select and test products at home before purchasing.
