The Bulgari Serpenti watch range has always walked the line between goldsmithing and high jewellery, but the new Serpenti Twist Your Time updates the classic collection by employing a new mode of expression—adopting double-wrap around straps made from multicolour exotic leathers. Making it even more contemporary is its customisable feature, which enables you to transform the watch through a practical fastening system that makes straps interchangeable, to choose between steel or pink gold case, and to have diamonds around the bezel or not.

The Serpenti Twist Your Time straps are made from Karung, a non-venomous water snake whose particularly thin and supple skin has scales that fall between those of a lizard and the more customary snake variation. This precious and exclusive material requires a more meticulous tanning process, and the result is an extremely pleasant to wear, soft, and smooth strap. The colouring is done using natural pigments in vivid shades that match the dial colours, and it is further enhanced by a varnish for a subtle gloss. The Karung strap can be switched with calfskin, which also comes in a wide range of shades.

The nuances will be perfectly coordinated with the colours – black, red, green or white – of the mother-of-pearl, finely lacquered and sunburst guilloché 27mm dials. In a subtle jewellery detail setting a Bulgari signature, a cabochon-cut rubellite adorns the winding crown of these watches driven by quartz Calibre B033.

The personalisation of the watch does not end there. Through Bulgari’s customisation app, you can compose your personal Serpenti by choosing the case, dial, and the gemsetting. You can also have an engraving on the caseback as well. In total, there are 312 possible combinations for the Serpenti Twist Your Time—plenty of ways to define your own style.
