An immersive experience awaits guests at the new Montblanc boutique in Rustan’s Makati

Taking inspiration from the signature elements of Montblanc that has stood the test of time, the new store concept nestled inside Rustan’s Makati sits on a bigger floor plan and features an immersive layout. Dynamic lines and handsome details add to the luxurious ambiance that encourages people to stay and enjoy the Montblanc experience.

Designer Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance envisions a space that holds a pure and uncluttered aesthetic, mixing black, white, and wood. However, the most important characteristic of the concept is its ability to display the collections in a way that enhances the fine qualities of each writing instrument, timepiece, jewelry, and leather product.

“Rustan’s is constantly is constantly planning improvements for our stores, to make them even stronger luxury brand destinations. Montblanc Rustan’s Makati is the first concept bouqite of the brand in the entire Southeast Asian region, and we’re proud to be its partners in realising its new global vision,” shares Rustan’s VP for store planning and expansions Michael Huang.

Meanwhile, the larger space (from 78 to 100 square metres) offers a wider selection of choices for Montblanc customers. Among the maison’s new offerings is the Montblanc for UNICEF collection.

This collection is borne of Montblanc’s aim to improve learning conditions for over five million children around the world by providing quality learning materials and better teaching. For every Montblanc for UNICEF piece sold from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018, Montblanc will donate 3 per cent of the proceeds to support UNICEF and its literacy projects, with a minimum amount of USD 1.5m guaranteed by the brand.

This initiative is supported by Montblanc’s key message “Writing opens up the world. Pass on this precious gift,” and the campaign that features brand ambassador Hugh Jackman in print and online exposures.
