Rolex sets up shop in one of Metro Manila’s swankiest shopping and entertainment districts, Bonifacio High Street Central. Its 120-square metre boutique invites you to immerse in an atmosphere inspired by water and the sea—the essence of Rolex as exemplified perfectly in the Oyster.

Upon entering the shop, you are immediately enveloped in the calming yet luxurious ambience. Elements of wood, leather, marble, and the sea works magic on the senses. A wall of illuminated plexi-glass Aqua panel draws the eye with its gently undulating wave motif, fluted bezel-inspired Cannelle stucco and the gold-effect Rolex crown, iconic symbols of the brand, decorate the entrances, the walls, the display cases and the front-door handle.

Since the boutique is essentially a tribute to Rolex’s love affair with the sea, the self-winding, mechanical Oyster Perpetual models form the pillar of a collection of legendary timepieces that combine tradition, prestige and technology with precision, peerless reliability and style suited to every occasion.

Included in the display are models unveiled during Baselworld 2017. The Oyster Perpetual Sea-Dweller, updated for its 50th anniversary with a new, larger 43 mm case, and Rolex’s new calibre 3235 movement, is available in store. The new Yacht-Master II featuring a new dial and new hands for increased legibility and the new versions of Cosmograph Daytona in 18ct yellow, white or Everose gold in the innovative Oysterflex bracelet in elastomer and a monobloc Cerechrom bezel in black ceramic are also part of the pack. Meanwhile, the Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller in yellow Rolesor and white Rolesor versions (combining 904L steel and 18ct yellow or white gold) with new dials, the men’s and women’s classic Oyster Perpetual Datejust 41 and Lady-Datejust 28 in 904L steel or in white Rolesor versions (904L steel with an 18ct white gold bezel), equipped with new generation mechanical movements also join the family.
