This year's Madrid Fusion Manila finally opened their expo doors to culinary experts and foodies alike - we round up some of the things you can't miss on your next visit!

Madrid Fusion Manila 2017 starts strong with an expo that showcases a wide-range of local and foreign products - from kitchenware, cooking garb, and cookbooks, all the way to local wines and some exquisite foodie finds. Philippine Tatler gives you a peek into the expo and some of the interesting produce and products that caught our eye:

Flip through our quick round-up below:

Calaboo Sansrival

This Calaboo sansrival was definitely a show-stopper! Founded by Marie Cavosora, Calaboo Creamery has been known for their quality dairy products and the Filipino spirit they put into their work and produce. Visit them at the Department of Agriculture booth!

Duhat Wine

This delightful set of local wines certainly captured our eye! The duhat wine was especially interesting as it tasted sweet and fruity - perhaps it could be paired with a selection of desserts. Check it out at the Department of Agriculture Booth.

Destileria Limtuaco

 La Lola!La Lola Churros.jpg

It's not very hard to miss with its festive set-up and energetic staff. The La Lola group pumps up the volume with their gin concoctions, and spanish cuisine.

Terry'sTerrys.jpg Javier Ordas and Cedric Chazalet of Terry's Bistro smile as they pose with their Philippine Tatler Best Restaurants Guide Top 20 Award. Their booth, Terry Selections offers a large variety of wine, and delicatessen choices. To try out more of their exquisite cuisine, visit Terry's Bistro at any of their three branches (Salcedo Village, Pasong Tamo, Ortigas).
