Pulling out all the stops with a bespoke dinner set amid picturesque panoramas of Manila Bay, Sofitel creates a romantic evening for two with an exclusive canopy and a four-course dinner of scallop crudo, dry-aged beef tenderloin with foie gras sauce, goat cheesecake with gianduja cremeux, and of course, a bottle of champagne. A violinist will serenade lovely couples as they enjoy each other's companies with a bouquet of red roses and artisanal chocolates.
