Gemütlich – Of warmth, friendliness, and good cheer

Create happy memories with your loved ones over a sumptuous Christmas feast at Brotzeit, where their variety of Christmas platters ensure that there is always something for everyone.

Diners in groups (of five to six) will be excited for the Brotzeit Christmas Platter, made up of a honey-baked Christmas ham, smoked pork and pork & veal sausages, oven-roasted pork roulade, and Brotzeit’s signature oven- roasted crispy pork knuckle, served with a side of truffle mash and winter vegetables.

For a more intimate party of two, the Christmas Duo features a combination of Turkey Schnitzel with ham and raclette cheese stuffing, along with a honey-baked Christmas ham, served with a festive salad and potato gratin on the side. What better way to share the feeling of warmth and good cheer with your loved ones than with Brotzeit’s platters?

Keeping to the theme of an authentic German Christmas experience, Brotzeit will also be including the specially-concocted Glühwein (Mulled Wine), a seasonal beverage specially brewed by Brotzeit’s Group Executive Chef Wolfgang Ranner. Paired perfectly with Brotzeit’s festive dishes, these warm mulled wines are filled with the lovely aromas of cinnamon and orange, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.
