On offer are delectable appetisers such as tuna ceviche with cucumber, tomato, vinegar, chilli and ginger; green mango and tomato salad with shrimp paste; eggplant and seaweed salad; and pomelo and green papaya salad. Davao is famous for fresh seafood and fruits, so these dishes come highly recommended.

For the mains, exotic flavours tease the palate with the slow-cooked beef ribs in coconut broth; grilled chicken in coconut sauce, mutton with coconut and spices; and prawn with sauteed coconut. There is also an array of popular Filipino skewers such as BBQ pork, chicken liver skewers; and pork sausages. Tempting traditional Filipino desserts such as halo-halo; sweet coconut gratin pancake; sweet rice cake; durian rice cake; and sweet soup with dumplings are also available for the guests to savour.
