The renowned portuguese gin producer Adamus, announces that their Dry Gin Adamus has been granted the award of “Best Portuguese London Dry Gin”. The title was announced during the World Gin Awards that took place last week at the Caledonian Club in London

Adamus is a Portuguese super premium gin, which was first produced in 2015 with a limited series of 4448 bottles. This handcrafted gin, uses the best and most special botanicals of Portugal, 18 in total.

 

Each year Adamus produces a limited and numbered production of bottles.

Adamus is the only gin in the world that uses the grapes from the grape variety called “Baga” as one of its botanicals. This special wine grape variety, traditionally grown in Bairrada, a small famous portuguese wine region, is responsible for the delicate and fruity flavour of Adamus.. Aside from its floral and lightly fruity aroma, Adamus has also a complex flavour with lavender, herbs, and citrus as its main tasting notes.
