The wait is over! Nobu Manila is finally here to serve you again

Along with its three hotels, City of Dreams Manila has reopened its signature restaurants at 50 per cent capacity, following government guidelines. The most recent to reopen on 6 November, is Nobu Manila, which is only open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday at 5pm. They are more than ready to welcome back diners for all occasions from date night to family dinners!

In chef Nobu Matsuhisa's eponymously named restaurant, credited for creating Japanese-Peruvian fusion artistry, avid fans will again enjoy Nobu’s signature dishes such as their spectacular black cod miso, new style sashimi, delicately crisped rock shrimp tempura, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, and beef tobanyaki, among other highly-favoured classics.

Nobu Manila also highlights new dishes on its menu created by head chef Michael de Jesus, including two that creatively infuse Filipino flavours: kurobuta pork sisig, a medley of kurobota pork belly with aji amarillo aioli, bacon furikake and poached egg; and green tea leche flan with homemade mochi pearls, azuki beans and goma tuile. On top of that, the tofu sliders, nori tacos, and tomato matsuhisa salad, are among the other new dishes worth exploring.

Head sushi chef Kei Hirukawa also introduces new specialties featuring sustainably sourced seafood. City of Dreams Manila is committed to sustainability and supporting SMEs with premium, locally and responsibly sourced seafood.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for guests, stringent hygiene protocols are in place. Menus are accessible through QR codes to further reduce physical contact, while face masks and shields are mandatory for guests and property colleagues throughout the resort complex.

These measures are consistent with the property-wide heightened sanitation protocols implemented by City of Dreams Manila under its “Play it Safe” campaign. Throughout the resort, distance markers are visible to guide guests on proper distancing. Numerous hand sanitation stations are also available in highly frequented areas. High-touch surfaces such as escalator railings and elevator buttons are disinfected every 20 to 30 minutes by a dedicated shift to ensure extensive and increased frequency of disinfection.
