BCN, a concept by The Bistro Group is a 70-seater restaurant and a spin-off of its popular Las Flores counterpart.
The menu and its extensive wine collection are nothing short of impressive. Begin with their creative appetisers to tease your palate. Their appetiser selection features a mixto platter (a selection of selection of quesos & embutidos), salmon tartar; the tuna tartar and avocado cone, and pintxos (like morcilla & foie gras, octopus and confit potato). There are also classic fan favourites like patatas brava 2.0, chipirones, croquetas, and tuna tartar and avocado cone).
Paellas, traditionally a “poor man’s” dish, are prepared with special sophistication and a high level of skill. Take your pick from BCN's scrumptious paellas: negra, duck, crab and uni, or even their seafood fideua!
There are also rice dishes and pasta such as wild mushroom risotto, linguine vongole, carbonara spaghetti, and spaghetti nero.
Seafood and meat take centre stage with bacallao with callos stew, grilled tuna belly, grilled tenderloin, Iberian pork ribs, USDA Prime ribeye, crispy pork belly, roasted chicken, and grilled lamb chops. Are you hungry yet?
