History buffs will know a thing or two about Blackbird, chef Colin Mackay’s timeless dining destination nestled in the heart of the CBD. The historical building was once home to the country’s first commercial airport and has since been lavishly redeveloped, while still maintaining the integrity of the original art deco design. The restaurant is known for its strong, playful yet sophisticated marriage of Asian and European cuisines.
