Dubbed as Bon Vivant Fridays, diners can enjoy a delectable sampling of pâtés and other French favourites such as the cod fish brandade on garlic toast, chicken liver mousse crostinis, farmer’s pâtés en croute, and smoked salmon roulade. Add to these are scrumptious offers including the stellar seafood croute filled with salmon and spinach, and the sage and browned butter foie gras raviolini. Turophiles will definitely take pleasure in having a serving of melted raclette over potatoes, cocktail onions, and cornichons. To cap off the meal, have a luscious serving of Paris Brest (praline flavoured butter cream-filled choux pastry).
