The highlight for the starter selection includes a Swiss Cheese Fondue made with a combination of Emmenthal and Gruyere Cheese and 3 kinds of charcuterie, with the Smoked Chicken and Beef Pastrami brined straight from our kitchen.
Other offerings include a rotating menu of appetizers, composition salads, flatbread, and the soup and pasta of the day. A sample menu includes Spiced Crab Tartlets, Chicken Liver Pate on Crostinis, Roasted Carrots and Couscous, Smoked Salmon and Capers Flatbread, Pumpkin Soup with Greek Yogurt and Primavera with Saffron Cream.
Eat-all-you-can U.S. Angus Ribeye, with today’s salmon and spicy shrimp recipes. Salmon dishes may be baked and topped with whole grain mustard crust or teriyaki glaze, or cooked tandoori-style with cucumber raita. Spicy shrimp recipes are sautéed with paprika and garlic, tomato and red chili Arrabiatta or Sriracha sauce.
