Sustainably-sourced seafood will be in the spotlight for the whole month of March at Café 1228

Savor the taste of fresh and sustainably-sourced seafood at New World Makati Hotel. This month of March, the hotel shows its support and solidarity for the Sustainable Seafood Movement, by showcasing a selection of ethically sourced seafood such as tuna, mahi mahi, and mackerel from abundant fishing grounds.

Discerning diners may visit Café 1228 to feast on chilled seafood on ice, sizzling grilled seafood specialties, traditional Japanese sushi and sashimi, and more, all freshly caught from sustainable sources. The buffet is priced at PHP2,199 per person for lunch, PHP2,499 per person for brunch, and PHP2, 599 per person for dinner. Check out some of the dishes below:

For a delicious twist on Cantonese cuisine, guests can make their way to Jasmine restaurant for Executive Chinese Chef Wong Kam On’s take on seafood specialties. Try his menu starring stir-fried Nylon shell with Chinese wine, braised bangus belly with bitter cucumber and black bean sauce, and crispy baby oyster in XO sauce, among others.
