Discovery Primea’s Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco and renowned chef and restaurateur Sau del Rosario bring their culinary expertise together to stage CARNIVORE: a four-hands dinner at Flame

Using premium U.S. Wagyu beef cuts, the chefs have curated a special multi-course menu highlighting Filipino flavours and techniques, interpreted with modern flair and sensibility. Featured dishes include SRF Wagyu Beef Sirloin “Lechon Baka”, Josper-grilled SRF Wagyu Rib-Eye Cap, and more.
