Appetisers and Mains

The Marriott Café goes all out on its last Sunday Brunch 2.0 promo, starting with the Greatroom's premium grazing table filled with an array of cheeses and cold cuts. Here, guests can nibble on creamy Brie and savoury prosciutto, to pair with a glass of red or white wine. The seafood bar offers the freshest picks, cooked to perfection by the chefs, with headliners like garlic butter prawns or an extravagant lobster Thermidor oozing with a creamy sauce and a satisfyingly cheesy crust.  The Greatroom also features an assortment of local delicacies to satisfy Filipino cravings for piaya, bibingka, pili tart, peanut kisses, and more. Samalamig or coolers like sago't gulaman, buko pandan, melon juice, and mango sago are also available to evoke childhood memories.

The extensive brunch menu covers a lot of cuisines ranging from Filipino, Chinese, Indian and Italian, so diners can have their fill of their dish preferences ranging from paella to pasta, tempura and paneer. There is even a dedicated salmon bar where one can dig into different salmon dishes including classic smoked and Nordic gravlax. Seafood lovers will be happy to note that the Barrels of the Sea section offers sustainable seafood, so serving of crab meat, flaky baramundi fillet, and crispy fried grouper is environment-friendly.

Wine selections are also available to complement the choice meats.

To cap the meal, the Marriott Café Sunday Brunch 2.0 also features the best desserts, from decadent cakes to creamy housemade gelato. Choco-lovers can also find an assortment of Swiss chocolates in bars and truffles with nuts, nougat, or dried fruits among the dessert selections.
