Chinese New Year Dining With Nobu
Nobu, known for excellence, elegance and that grace and refinement Japanese culinary arts is accustomed for, has rolled out the red carpet for Chinese New Year.
Toast to the year of the ox and dine on an epicurean meal. Spellbinding flavours of the Japanese-Peruvian persuasion that chef Nobu Matsuhisa has made oh so famous are brought to the fore once more. For the entire month of February, you can treat yourself, your family and friends to a meal to remember.
Savour the tender sea bass tempura, which is lightly and carefully battered, served with piquant sweet chilli cilantro, mixed field greens and sesame seeds. There is also an innovative Nobu Pica Pica platter with juicy Wagyu tacos, rich Kobe dumplings, moist black cod in butter lettuce and a delicate scallop in phyllo. Nobu also presents Lapu-Lapu in a beautiful array of Nobu-style sushi and sashimi canapés: tiradito, new style, dried miso, umamijime and kobujime. Let us know which you like best!
These days, al fresco dining is highly sought after. Here at Nobu, you can book gorgeous open-air cabanas which add a sexy ambience to your meal.
Nobu Manila is open Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm to 10pm and until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
