For starters, enjoy a plate of Honey-glazed-Prime Cut Char Siu – this savory treat promises melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and juiciness with its combination of prime cut pork with perfect marbling, secret marination, and meticulous roasting technique. Then, warm up your bellies with Mashed winter melon soup with crab meat and dried scallop.

The main course, on the other hand, features five old and new crowd favorites: (1) Wok-fried prawns with XO sauce; (2) Lettuce with shrimp paste in clay pot; (3) Steamed lapu-lapu in light soy sauce, Traditional Style; (4) Wok-fried crab with vermicelli in satay sauce; and (5) Fried rice with shredded chicken in abalone sauce. End on a sweet note with a special treat from Xiu!

This menu is available daily for lunch and dinner from September 01 to November 29, 2018, and can be enjoyed by six guests for only PHP 6,800. It cannot be availed in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
