But this time, you’re returning to Hilton Manila’s highly-regarded dining destinations to experience and delight in the craft of their new executive chef, Benoit Chargy.
For more than 27 years, Chef Benoit has dedicated himself to excellence in the dining industry. Chef Benoit has worked at a Michelin Star and Companion du Tour de France kitchen with Patisserie Grodenier at the beginning of his career and continued on to work at highly-acclaimed restaurants and five-star properties. Over the years, Chef Benoit has received many awards; he won in 2016 for Taste of Waldorf and was regarded as Best Pastry Chef in the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards.
