Holiday Inn & Suites Makati's Flavors Restaurant welcomes the chef Dennis Lim, who brings his passion for cooking to the hotel's buffet spread for lunch and dinner from October 10 to 19.

Chef Lim's signature dishes include Pasta Corrito, a rich seafood pasta cooked with seafood brine and was named after his loving wife; the luxuriously creamy and savoury Crab Marlen, sauteed with basil and 30 salted egg yolks; and the tender, smoked beef Caveman's Shank that is braised for 5 to 6 hours and smothered with mushroom gravy.

Flavors' lunch and dinner buffet are priced at 1,818 pesos nett per person.
