Chef de Cuisine Allan Briones and his team in Old Manila have created a lovely five-course Christmas Eve feast on December 24, 2018 that will be enjoyed in the restaurant’s beautiful private dining room that everyone will love.

The five course menu starts with Foie Gras Torchon or Tasmanian Trout Rilette, followed by Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque or a delectable Canadian Lobster Cannelloni. For the entreé course, guests can choose among three scrumptious plates –  Alaskan Halibut Fillet, Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, or Honey & Sesame-glazed Quail.

For a sweet, sweet treat, you can choose between Chocolate Mille-feuille or Decadent Banana Cream Pie. Cap off the evening with Mignardises, Peninsula Brewed Coffee & Teas

On Christmas day, while many restaurants are closed, we suggest taking a break from the stress of holiday entertaining and enjoy a Four-Course Carving Lunch Buffet and a Five-Course Set Dinner in Old Manila as well on December 25.
