Nono's dishes out a new bespoke menu with wines to match!
Comfort food haven, Nono's, recently held an exclusive wine talk led by Happy Living General Manager, Julian Gagliardi. Although we've come to know and love Nono's for their tasty offerings and their selection of Classic Confections, they now serve a slew of new dishes to pair with their curated wine list.
Among them are the Burrata Cheese Platter and the Pizza Pull Apart bread — great dishes to share with family or friends. For a hearty starter, opt for the Fresh Burrata Salad.
For mains, Nono's offers Sole and Chips, Penne with Stracciatella, Steak and Mashed Potatoes, and a scrumptious serving of Beef Burgundy. To pair with these new dishes are the following wines: for house wines, they serve the Beringer Main & Vine Chardonnay, Beringer Main & Vine Cabernet Sauvignon, and Beringer Main & Vine Zinfandel.
If you're looking to pair your lighter dishes or cheese starters, you can opt for the Lionel Osmin Sauvignon Blanc, the Chateau Gantonnet Bordeaux Blanc, or a glass of the St. Francis Chardonnay — a selection that offers different texture and taste profile to suit a variety of palates. For the steak and Beef Burgundy, perhaps a bottle of the Chateau Gantonnet Bordeaux Rouge, Lionel Osmin Malbec, or the Domaine de Mauperthuis Pinot Noir?
