Everyone wants to feel extra special and nothing says “exclusive” than having an off-the-menu arrangement with the chef of one of the country’s top culinary destinations. Cru Steakhouse brings the same excitement with their latest promotion, Cru’s Mystery Box.

As you sit to your tables, Cru’s own master chefs roam around with a huge crate made of kiln-dried mahogany wood and offer you the challenge. Inside it are raw and fresh ingredients that even the chef has no idea of. Marriott’s Executive Chef Meik Brammer randomly mixes up premium steak, seafood, vegetables and sauces to challenge his multi-awarded culinary team – trust their long list of accolades, they sure won’t disappoint. For Php 3,850 per person, your mystery box will turn to a 3-course dinner that could include an appetizer or soup, seafood dish, steak with side dishes or dessert.

This is an off-menu item that chefs can randomly offer to you during dinner service the whole month of April. On your willingness to take on the challenge, then the mystery will be revealed. The chef will quickly collaborate with you on the magic that can be done from the mystery ingredients – they want to make sure it is made personal to your satisfaction. Before you know it, you are already savoring your appetizer after 10 minutes.
