Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s all-day restaurant showcases its mastery of the world’s palate by welcoming seasoned and nouveau gourmands with these three new additions.
Executive Chef Alisdair Bletcher leads the restaurant’s culinary team in introducing these sumptuous dishes, which are available for the entire month of December: Mussels and Prawns with Snow Peas and Mushrooms in Tomato Tarragon Cream Sauce, Lamb Shank Couscous with Vegetables, Apricots and Raisons and Moroccan Spiced Jus, and Mushroom Risotto Cake with grilled Vegetables and Parmesan Cream.
These new dishes are available for guests to enjoy for lunch and dinner every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
