Crystal Dragon, one of the three signature restaurants of City of Dreams Manila, has established a name as one of the city’s premier go-to dining destinations for authentic and premium Cantonese and regional Chinese cuisine.
Apart from the Chef’s Recommendation Menu the restaurant highlights, Crystal Dragon also features an extensive and tasteful dim sum selection for lunch. Unlike any other, the restaurant’s dim sum choices are equally a pleasing feast to both the palate and sight.
The selection includes the famed Cantonese Steamed Three Dim Sum Combination, which consists of Steamed Scallop and Mushrooms with Spinach Dumpling, Steamed Pork Dumpling with Yellow Chives and Water Chestnut, and Steamed Crab Meat and Abalone in Squid Ink Dumpling. Crystal Dragon also serves Steamed Abalone Sao Mai Dumplings, Wok-fried Turnip Cake with Spicy XO Sauce, Crispy Barbecue Pork Bun, and Pan–fried Bean curd Skin Rolled with Foie-Gras, Shrimp and Chives. For a sweet note to a dim sum feast, Steamed Sweetened Custard Walnut Bun filled with Peanut and Deep-fried Almond Glutinous Ball filled with Sweetened Chestnut Paste are being offered. Complementing this menu is a fine selection of Chinese teas, wines and other beverages.
