Dining guests are in for a spectacle of flavour until 31 July 2020. Three of the Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s lead chefs are showcasing a total of six signature dishes that excite the palate and engage the senses. For a limited time, Cucina’s Chef Andrea Donazzan, Lung Hin’s Chef Ken Leung, and Executive Pastry Chef Francisco Arizala will come together to present their “spotlight creations”.

Cucina’s chef de cuisine Andrea Donazzan embraces his and the restaurant’s Italian roots with his creative interpretations of the classics: eggplant parmigiana and cannelloni with spinach, ricotta, and bechamel sauce. On the other hand, Executive Chinese Chef Ken Leung of Lung Hin demonstrates his expertise in balancing the intricacies of Cantonese cuisine with his pan-fried lotus root cake with minced pork & shrimp, and chilled drunken chicken in shao xing wine. Dessert fans will be delighted with Chef Francisco Arizala’s sweet and eye-catching confections: the choco-nut cake with caramelised tablea crunch, and the mixed berries charlotte with white chocolate Bavarian cream.
