Discovery Primea’s signature dining outlet, Restaurant Tapenade treats diners to delightful paellas and prosecco. Starting May 26, Sunday, the restaurant will offer a scrumptious selection of the iconic Spanish speciality. Diners are invited to partake in a delectable Sunday lunch by upgrading their Salad Room experience to add unlimited servings of its signature paellas and prosecco to the hearty selection of local and imported produce, charcuterie, cheeses, and fresh seafood.

Discovery Primea’s Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco presents his own variations of this classic festive rice dish: Paella Valenciana, a flavourful melange of chicken, chorizo, prawns, mussels, bell peppers, and saffron broth; Paella Negra made with squid, prawns, squid ink, and parsley; and Paella Champiñones cooked with an abundance of button, shiitake, and Portobello mushrooms, perfect for those who would rather not have meat. Each paella is prepared carefully, cooked over an open flame, and served on the piping hot paellera for guests to enjoy.

The Salad Room with unlimited servings of paella is offered at special price of PHP1,400++ per person, and  PHP1,850++ per person if guests would like to indulge in free-flowing Bottega prosecco. Rates are subject to taxes and service charge.

Paella Sundays is open from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
