Participating this year are 16 Best Restaurants, which all prepared special menus and irresistible deals for everyone from 19 to 23 February 2020. Read on to see what’s on offer so you can plan your way through the participating restaurants within Rockwell:

Have a taste of authentic Italian cuisine with Amado Fores’ new restaurant: A Mano. For a limited time, Fores’ lasagne verde is on offer at a reasonable price of Php 580.

If you are looking for something familiar yet with that signature Chef Jessie Sinsioco touch, try the special menu she curated for this year’s Best Restaurants Week at Rockwell. For Php 2,000, diners will definitely love the heart of palm in herbed crepe pouch with tamarind vinaigrette dressing served on a salad of local greens for starters; a choice between grilled US Black Angus fillet mignon steak in bordelaise sauce or grilled tiger prawns in Mantaigo butter sauce with fettuccine amatriciana and sautéed French beans and red cabbage on the side, for main course; and the cotton soft cheesecake with marinated strawberries for dessert paired with Chef Jessie's Premium Roast coffee or your choice of tea. Service charges apply.

The menu, priced at Php 1,990,  highlights bestsellers such as the sinigang na salmon head, braised beef, shrimp salted egg, baby squid in olive oil, laing cooked two-ways, garlic rice, and crispy leche flan. For the first time, the newly opened Test Kitchen (of the Chef Josh Boutwood fame) joins Tatler Dining Week at Rockwell. Do not miss the chance to revel at Boutwood’s creations such as the innovative appetiser “cucumber, squid, dill,” the brown butter sage pasta with cured lamb leg entrée, and a luscious dessert of rhubarb, vanilla cream—all for Php 980.
