Elderton Wine Dinner at Flame

Flame Restaurant invites guests and wine enthusiasts to a memorable dining experience on Tuesday, 16 July 2019, which showcases modern Asian flavors and flair, complemented perfectly by the distinct flavors of Elderton wines from the Barossa Valley.
Guests are invited to reserve a seat and enjoy a four-course dinner from Flame’s kitchen helmed by Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco, paired with premium wines handpicked by the CEO and Chief Winemaker of Elderton Wines, Cameron Ashmead.
The four-course dinner starts off with Flame’s appetizing Asian Tuna Tartare with crispy shallots, avocado, and wasabi-soy dressing paired with Elderton Barossa Valley Rosé, followed by an exquisite serving of Pan-Seared Foie Gras with grilled unagi, edamame risotto, and Madeira mirin paired with Elderton Eden Valley Riesling. The highlight of the evening is a sumptuous Grilled USDA Prime Rib Eye with sweet potato puree, asparagus, shallots, garlic confit, and wild mushroom sauce paired with two Elderton Estate wines: Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. To cap off the wonderful meal, guests are offered a heavenly Chocolate and Coffee dessert with cacao streusel, Bailey’s ice cream, and milk foam paired with Elderton Barossa Valle Golden Semillon.
Flame’s Elderton Wine Dinner, in partnership with Don Revy Philippines, is offered on Tuesday, 16 July 2019 starting 6:30 p.m. for only PHP2,500 nett per person. Seats are limited, and prior reservations are required.
