New World Makati Hotel invites guests to feast on some of the world’s finest beef throughout November with the arrival of the Australian beef brand, Stockyard.

The executive chef Robert Davis indulges the guests’ palate with rich flavours, quality, and consistency by bringing in the internationally recognised grain-fed beef to New World Makati Hotel’s restaurants this month.

Owned and operated by the Hart family since 1958, Stockyard beef is Australia’s most awarded beef brand. Based in Queensland’s Darling Downs, Stockyard specialises in the production of grain-fed beef, particularly high-quality Angus and Wagyu varietie. The brand distributes products throughout Australia as well as in 15 other countries worldwide.

Today, the brand has earned international recognition for its eating quality, consistency, and food safety that were achieved through strong vertical integration in the beef supply chain, interests in cattle breeding and raising, lot feeding, processing, and marketing.

“Our production system is undertaken entirely in Australia, [which is] recognised for its green pastures, clean environment, and freedom from the world’s harmful animal diseases,” says Robin Hart A.M., chairman of Stockyard.

Throughout November, guests may savour Stockyard beef featured in local, Asian, and Western dishes at the live made-to-order stations of Café 1228 buffet, alongside the usual array of breads, and cheeses, an assortment of seafood and meats, and other international delights. Meanwhile, Jasmine incorporates an Aussie twist to the restaurant’s traditional Chinese fare with the said beef brand. The chef Wong Kam On will showcase an extensive menu of stir-fried and wok-fried dishes. Ingredient combinations range from king oyster and eggplant to mango, mushrooms and goose liver black truffle sauce. The dishes are availble à la carte at both lunch and dinner.
