From 5:30PM to 8:30PM, a night of Aperitivo at Php 995+* will introduce premium labels that will acquaint you to a rich beverage variety accompanied by a sampler of selected appetizers picked by the luxe restaurant’s Chef De Cuisine. Enjoy the deep notes from Montepulciano Moda and crisp Trebbiano Trebi; Peroni for a beer option, as well as inspiring cocktails such as Aperol Mojito, Negroni Sbagliato, Sicilian Sunset, Cardinale, Garibaldi, and – quite fitting to the experience – Beautiful Incident. If you want more chow, Finestra also offers a flavorsome Italian classic Cicchetti you can order from. There is the Stuzzichini list which has tomato bruschetta with capers, shallots and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper; anchovies and mozzarella crostini; homemade baked olives; spicy mozzarella bocconcini; tomato meatball with garlic bruschetta; a salumeria, and cheese boards. The Fritti selection has perfectly golden ham and cheese croquets as well as Roman rice suppli; calamari fritti paired with spicy tomato sauce; mini pasta frittatas; an indulgent serving of duck fat potatoes with cheese fondue; and fried pizza made with fresh tomato and pecorino. If by chance your visit falls on the third Thursday of the month, Aperitivo Epico at Php1,295+* will take place and serve you longer until 10:30PM. A sparkling Proseco Toso is added to the roster of wines, and oysters become part of the entree menu options.
