Invigorate the evening with jazzed up cocktails and stylish wine classics at Solaire’s Happy Hours

Oasis’ enchanting waterfall backdrop and piano melody will create the perfect ambiance for a relaxing and easy night. For Php 895+*, one can bask under the appetizing aroma of a plate of savory canapes presented as a Bangus sisig tart, Kare-Kare oxtail dumpling, beef tenderloin Salpicao skewer and crusted pork bagnet, while relishing the hypnotizing scents of free-flowing Grand Lomo Malbec, Farnese Montepulciano, Merlot Glen Ellen, Gran Mar Chardonnay, Moscato Sweet Lips, and Proseco Tosso. from 5:30PM until 8:30PM.

 

For a swanky social gathering, Finestra fine tunes one’s senses with its ability to transport those in its company to worldly heights. From 5:30PM to 8:30PM, a night of Aperitivo at Php 995+* will introduce premium labels that will acquaint you to a rich beverage variety accompanied by a sampler of selected appetizers picked by the luxe restaurant’s Chef De Cuisine. Enjoy the deep notes from Montepulciano Moda and crisp Trebbiano Trebi; Peroni for a beer option, as well as inspiring cocktails such as Aperol Mojito, Negroni Sbagliato, Sicilian Sunset, Cardinale, Garibaldi, and – quite fitting to the experience – Beautiful Incident. If you want more chow, Finestra also offers a flavorsome Italian classic Cicchetti you can order from. There is the Stuzzichini list which has tomato bruschetta with capers, shallots and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper; anchovies and mozzarella crostini; homemade baked olives; spicy mozzarella bocconcini; tomato meatball with garlic bruschetta; a salumeria, and cheese boards. The Fritti selection has perfectly golden ham and cheese croquets as well as Roman rice suppli; calamari fritti paired with spicy tomato sauce; mini pasta frittatas; an indulgent serving of duck fat potatoes with cheese fondue; and fried pizza made with fresh tomato and pecorino. If by chance your visit falls on the third Thursday of the month, Aperitivo Epico at Php1,295+* will take place and serve you longer until 10:30PM. A sparkling Proseco Toso is added to the roster of wines, and oysters become part of the entree menu options.

 

Attracting the hip and fun crowd, Waterside is the perfect venue to catch the setting sun. Spend the rest of the evening with your closest circle with endless orders of alcoholic brews, and unlimited nachos with an assortment of dips, salsa dressings and toppings in Sunset Hours from 5:30PM until 8:30PM followed by another round in Twilight Hours from 10:30pm until 1:00AM. Both crowd pleasers are priced at Php 795 and feature Corona for its beer; cocktails consisting of a sophisticated white and red sangria, lively Cuba Libre, tropical Pina Colada, earthy Rum Punch, and chic Margarita. For other vino options, the whites offered are Sauvignon Marques De Tena and Gran Mar Chardonnay & Torrontes, while the reds are Cabernet Marques de Tena and Gran Lomo Malbec.
