1/14 Apartment 1B

Available for lunch and dinner, Apartment 1B offers a different set menu daily for the duration of the T.Dining Weekend -- all at Php 650


  • Spicy sweet potato soup (prepared a la minute)
  • Lemon garlic chicken with mashed potato and vegetables
  • Mango parfait, a luscious dessert made of coconut custard layered with mango and cookie crumbs.


  • Creamy zucchini parmesan soup
  • Fusilli pasta with bacon-tomato sauce and shrimps

2/14 Barcino

A flavourful Spanish feast awaits diners at Barcino with its three set menus namely: Menu León, Menu Bilbao, and Menu Valencia, which will be available on July 27, 28, and 29, respectively.


Menu León features four luscious tapas such as Surtido de Pinxtos, Coca de Sardinas, Empanadillas Rellenas de Atun, and Tarta de Manzana (Php 1,200)


Menu Bilbao features a combination of meat and seafood including Mejillones Tigres Rellenos, Arroz Montañes, Manos de Cerdo, and Tejas de Coco y Almendras (Php 1,300)


On the last day, savour the bounties of the sea with Menu Valencia: Escalivada con Atun, Zarzuela de Gambas, Paella Negra, and Canutillos Rellenos de Crema (Php 1,500)

3/14 Café Via Mare 

Savour Café Via Mare’s no-frills Filipino cuisine. From July 27-29 for Php 650 you can enjoy:

  • Piping hot chicken tinola soup
  • Succulent beef steak tenderloin with bistek sauce served with cassava croquettes stuffed with kangkong, with vegetables on the side
  • Refreshing santol sherbet to boot.

4/14 Chef Jessie Rockwell Club 

The chef Jessie Sincioco whips up two set menus at her eponymous fine dining restaurant.

From July 27-29 for Php 2,750 pesos you can feast on these delicious dishes:

  • Her signature ciabatta bread, and rolls with butter and special dip
  • Freshly tossed fiddlehead fern, caramelised cherry tomatoes and salted egg salad drizzled with zesty calamansi vinaigrette
  • A trio of creamed soup (pumpkin, mushroom, and broccoli)
  • Frozen grapes as a palate cleanser
  • Griled US fillet mignon steak in wild mushroom sauce OR grilled assorted seafood in Berlinoise sauce served with a timbale of wild rice vegetable risotto and steamed asparagus spears.

  • Small bites of Causa (guacamole, Wagyu, lemon, chalaquita, and togarashi) and Tiradito (tuna, passion fruit, caramelised sunflower seeds, pomelo, and mango)
  • Sushi roll (miso, salmon, sesame seeds, and onion leeks) / Nigiri sushi (white fish, chilli, cilantro with signature NIKKEI sauce) and / Ceviche (white fish, octopus and prawns, wasabi cream, red onions, red chilli, cilantro, canchita, and sweet potato strings)
