The restaurant takes pride in its signature tapas, grilled steaks, and its thinnest house paellas (as they should be)! Some of the tasteful offerings include Grilled Tuna Belly, Fire Grilled Octopus, Sobrasada Spring Rolls, and its very own Manchego Cheesecake. The restaurant is also a lively drinking scene with 100 references of wines, sangria and cocktails. And the “Little Mercado” offers curated selections of Iberico cold cuts, cheese, fresh salad, baked breads and pastries exclusively found in the menu which you may enjoy within the comfort of your own home.

“We want to deliver a fun, ever evolving and uniquely “Cartel” dining experience by bringing a little bit of Spain to the metro,” says Spanish-born Head Chef Amado Garcia-Fernandez, whose years of travel and experience has greatly influenced his passion for cooking.
