Choose from carrot entremet (PHP 1,200) made of carrot sponge, crème cheese cremeux, pineapple compote, orange coloured glaze, chocolate soil, and carrot meringue; caramel and chocolate cake (PHP 1,200) made of vanilla almond sponge, chocolate cremeux, strawberry compote, caramel mousse, marble glaze; ube leche flan cake (PHP 1,200) made of ube chiffon cake, Filipino caramel custard, chocolate coconut and bamboo, and purple chocolate cacao butter; or the King James cake (PHP1,200) made of super moist chocolate cake, crème de cacao, Kahlua, chocolate cream ganache, and dark chocolate glaze.
On top of that you can order a Tiramisu streusel cake (PHP1,200) made of mascarpone vanilla cream, ladyfinger sponge, coffee-flavored syrup, Harveys Bristol, almond crumble, and cocoa powder; mango cheesecake (PHP1,300) made of baked cheesecake, graham butter crust, fresh mango, and white chocolate coloured cocoa butter; or a strawberry cheesecake (PHP1,300) made of baked cheesecake, graham butter crust, fresh mango, and white chocolate coloured cocoa butter.
