City of Dream’s Tasting Room was the venue of two Michelin-starred chefs for a one-night only exclusive dinner in conjunction with the Madrid Fusion celebration
It was a night of amazing food and drinks with a special menu prepared by Michelin-starred chefs William Mahi, Chef de Cuisine of The Tasting Room, and Jung Sik Yim, whose restaurant in Seoul ranked number 10 in San Pellegrino’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2016. The two collaborated as the latter visited the country as one of the international delegates attending the Madrid Fusion congress.
