Chef Hiroyasu Kawate is the chef-owner of one of Asia’s best and top rated restaurants in Tokyo, Japan, Florilege. This chic industrial-feel food haven offers modern French cuisine that is aimed to take your breath away.
He is joined by the Philippines’ very own top chefs, Margarita Forés and Jordy Navarra. Both of whom are at the top of their game in the country’s dining scene with their respective restaurants.
