Starting off with a culinary masterpiece, steamed shrimp balls with dried scallops, which consists only of the freshest seafood. Deep fried tofu with seaweed salad, a crowd-favourite starter, combines shredded taro, cabbage, and carrot, with thin slices of seaweed on top, and Japanese tofu on the side. It is drizzled with special sesame dressing that brings a slightly sour flavour to it. Another favourite, bean curd roll, is having another twist as minced pork, garlic chives, and special XO sauce is combined to it, and deep-fried to perfection. Taking seafood to the next level is the stir-fried crystal prawnsm which Lung Hin only gets the freshest seafood to serve. 

An interesting take on the Cantonese spareribs, is a deep fried version swimming in black vinegar sauce, which complements the tenderness of the spareribs. Other healthy and authentic dishes also include poached live garoupa with mushroom, sauteed US scallops with fresh ginseng and black fungus, and chilled drunken shrimp.
