Guests can feast their eyes on a new and sumptuous spread as High Street Cafe introduces twelve new signatures to the menu

Entitled “neighborhood finds,” liven up lunch and dinner buffets by adding something new to the plate.

The finds are an experience in itself, including the elusive Samui Salad, which combines the bold Thai flavors and the showman smoke of the liquid nitrogen make for an interesting combination. The emerging Swiss favorite Raclette is also a star of its own show at the Continental station, as well as the rich, indulgent, beef and truffle butter goodness of, as we so aptly call, the Millionaire Club. Favorites like the King Prawn and the Australian Wagyu Rump are popular mainstays at the cafe.

When asked about how the dishes were planned out, Chef Ryan says, “It was more of providing the framework to be creative. Once we know the boundaries and once we know the limitations of what we can and cannot do, then we can pour the creativity inside.”

The Neighborhood Finds are available during lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and for dinner from Fridays thru Sundays. Read more about it here.

For lunch, rates start at PHP 1,550 nett per person during weekdays; PHP 1,880 nett per person during Saturdays; and PHP 2,200 nett per person during Sundays. For dinner, rates start at PHP 1,980 nett per person on Mondays through Thursdays and PHP 2,200 nett per person on Fridays through Sundays.
